Quick Guide

1. If you are the helper, please install the AirMirror app.
2. The person in need of help should download the AirDroid Remote Support app.
3. In AirDroid Remote Support, a 9-digit connection code will be displayed; enter this code in AirMirror to establish the connection.

1. Quick Connection by 9-digit Connection Code: Easily connect with your friend or family member by using their 9-digit Connection Code.
2. Screen Sharing in One Tap: Once connected, simply tap a button to invite your friend or parents to share their screen, allowing you to view their phone screen in real-time.
3. Multiple Communication Options: Utilize the chatbox to text or send voice messages during the remote support session. You can also initiate a voice call for better communication.

Remote Support Auto-renew Subscriptions

1. There are two subscription options available:
   • $2.49 per month
   • $23.99 per year
2. The Remote Support subscription will be charged to your iTunes account.
3. The subscription will be auto-renewed and charged within 24 hours based on your chosen plan.
4. Please cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
